After an enforced break, we can now restart our traditional butchery, charcuterie & salumi courses. Held on the Farm here in the Yorkshire Dales you can try your hand at full pork butchery and leave with the knowledge to prepare your own dry cure bacon, sausage and on the Salumi & Charcuterie course try your hand at Salami, Pancetta, Guanciale and much more.
