Whitby Rum
The Whitby Rum is distilled with Sea-buckthorn and Pepper Dulse then laid to rest in Madeira casks. The result is a mellow spiced rum with subtle charred orange, cinnamon overtones and caramel whispers.

Strength: 40% ABV
Appearance: Rich gold
Palate: This lightly spiced rum has candied plum overtones followed by caramel whispers. The powerful coastal flavours fade into a pleasantly spiced finish.
Nose: An initial aroma of scorched orange followed by elegant spiced overtones.
