An innovative Rosebud pairing of two very familiar autumnal hedgerow fruits. Our Blackberry and Sloe Jam is infused with the warmth of Sloemotion sloe gin.
REDUCED SUGAR JAM
The flowers of blackberries and sloes are pollinated by bumblebees and provide an important source of pollen & nectar. Bumblebee queens visit hawthorn flowers in early spring and her worker bumblebees forage on blackberry flowers to produce abundant, quality fruit for use in the kitchen and to feed birds and small mammals in the hedgerows.
Ingredients: Blackberries 67%, unrefined sugar, water, sloes 13%, gin 2%, spices, orange zest. Prepared with 80g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 50g per 100g.
